  • Following up on quotations/referrals, etc 
  • Project management and coordinating with other team members to assist and complete long-term assignments
  • Creating, writing, proofreading, and editing communication,  documentation, and agreements.

 £16.00 per hour. 




Data Entry and Booking

 Data entry clerks and bookkeepers are the backbone of business organisations.  Duties are dependent on the nature of the industry, however, our services cover financial records, customer information, sales, inventory details, medical records, and marketing.



Duties include

  •  Collecting and entering data from various sources into databases 
  • Transferring information from paper documents into digital formats. 
  • Check data for accuracy and completeness while updating existing records with new information. 
  •  Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems,
  •  including financial records, customer information, inventory details, medical records, and survey responses. 
  • Process basic administrative paperwork and create reports from database information. 
  • Processing data and updating existing CRM systems 
  • Raising and processing invoices and creating remittances 
  • Sales and purchase ledger maintenance 
  • Payment processing and allocations 
  • Intercompany Transfers
