As many of our products are custom-made or printed to order, please allow 7 working days for order processing before dispatch.

Processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events.

For personalised/custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer depending on design requirements and order complexity.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Where tracked shipping is selected, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Persona Creative cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

  • 10 working days after dispatch for UK deliveries before reporting an item as lost.
